Shipping Time
- Standard delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders within the Maldives.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- For Bank Deposit orders, processing will begin only after payment confirmation is received.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations.
- Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Delivery Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details including contact number and delivery address.
- British Cosmetics Maldives will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier service interruptions, or remote island delivery schedules.
