RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

At British Cosmetics Maldives, we offer an easy return and replacement policy. Customers can request a return, replacement, or refund within 5 days of receiving their order. Partial returns are also accepted, allowing you to return one or more items from your purchase.

Steps to Return an Item

1. Contact Customer Support

Please contact our Customer Support team via email at: hello@britishcosmetics.com within 2–3 business days of receiving your order.

2. Share Order Details

Kindly provide your order number and specify whether you are requesting a:

  • Return
  • Replacement
  • Refund

Please also attach clear images of the product along with the invoice for verification purposes.

3. Return / Replacement Process

Our team will review your request and arrange the return process within 2–4 business days, where applicable.

Please Note

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • All seals, labels, tags, and barcodes must remain intact.
  • Used, opened, damaged, or improperly handled products will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund or replacement process will be initiated accordingly.

Important

Shipping charges, cash handling fees, and payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
